Dock

The options for DockStyle are "Top", "Bottom", "Left", "Right", "Fill" and "None". If no DockStyle is specified for a control, "None" is the default style. (Not setting a DockStyle and setting "controlname.Dock = DockStyle.None" give the same result.) Starting with the example from step 2, showing it first with no "DockStyle" specified, and then how it would look with different DockStyles set:
